Full-size appliances, real cookware, knives that cut, a Nespresso with pods, and a starter pantry of oil, salt, pepper, and coffee. Dish soap, sponges, and trash bags are on us for the whole stay.

Medium-firm memory-foam mattresses, 100% cotton percale sheets, two pillow weights per sleeper, and blackout shades. Fresh linens arrive with every mid-stay clean.

Gigabit fiber Wi-Fi, a proper desk with an ergonomic chair, a 27" monitor on request, and a 55" smart TV with your own streaming logins. Video calls look good here.

What's the minimum stay?
Thirty nights. Most guests stay two to six months. There's no maximum, and month-to-month extensions are always available if the calendar allows.
What exactly is included in the monthly rate?
Electricity, gas, water, trash, gigabit fiber Wi-Fi, all furniture and housewares, hotel linens and towels, a stocked starter kitchen, and one professional mid-stay clean per month. Streaming services on the TV. Parking at every home.
Should I book here or on Airbnb?
Both work and share the same calendar. Booking direct saves you Airbnb's guest service fee (typically 12 to 14%) and lets us invoice your company directly. Booking on Airbnb gives you their payment protection if you prefer it. Your call.
Is there a security deposit?
Not for stays under 90 nights. For longer stays we hold a refundable deposit equal to half a month's rent, returned within 7 days of checkout. Company-paid stays can substitute a signed corporate guarantee.
Are pets allowed?
Yes in most homes. Dogs and cats up to 60 lbs, two per home, with a one-time $250 pet cleaning fee (waived on Extended and Resident stays). Tell us about your pet in the inquiry and we'll match you to a fenced patio if we can.
What's the cancellation policy?
Full refund up to 14 days before check-in. Inside 14 days, the first 30 nights are non-refundable. Once you're in, you can shorten the stay with 30 days' notice and only pay for nights used.
Can my employer or insurer pay directly?
Absolutely. We issue net-30 invoices with a W-9, accept ACH and corporate cards, and work routinely with relocation firms, hospital staffing agencies, and insurance ALE providers.
How does check-in work?
Self check-in with a smart lock. Your personal code arrives by text the morning of arrival, along with a short video tour of the home. Check-in is anytime after 3pm; early check-in is usually possible on request.
